Metaverde partner program
Partner Promotional URL Request Policy and Screening Rules
Metaverde reviews promotional URL requests for identity consistency, valid contact information, duplicate or prior requests, organization information when applicable, and reasonable security or abuse indicators. Automated screening may result in additional verification. Personal email providers and individual use are permitted. A website is not required. Metaverde does not make decisions based on protected personal characteristics.
Who may apply
Individuals, businesses, organizations, nonprofits, and other lawful entities may apply. Personal or individual use is allowed. Company email and website addresses are optional. Legitimate personal providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, Yahoo, Proton, Mailfence, Tuta, and similar services are permitted.
Why requests are reviewed
- Protect legitimate applicants and limited promotional inventory.
- Prevent duplicate or repeated issuance.
- Verify request information and identify automated or abusive submissions.
- Maintain the integrity of the partner program.
Information and checks
Metaverde may review first and last name consistency; email validity; duplicate and prior requests; prior reservations or issuance; organization, website, and domain information when supplied; disposable or prohibited domains; bot, spam, abuse, and technical request signals; direct verification responses; and other reasonable security indicators.
We do not publish exact thresholds, rate limits, fingerprints, scoring formulas, internal lists, or evasion-sensitive patterns.
Possible outcomes
A request may be ready for human review, need additional verification, match a duplicate or prior URL record, or be blocked by a narrow objective rule. Passing automated screening is not approval. A Metaverde operator makes the final issuance decision.
A prior URL or duplicate record will not receive another URL automatically. Corrections and resubmissions requested by Metaverde may be reconsidered.
Fair and non-discriminatory review
Metaverde does not approve or deny based on race, color, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, political affiliation, or another legally protected characteristic. We do not infer trustworthiness from the ethnic, linguistic, cultural, or national character of a name, or reject a name because it appears unusual for a country.
Country is used only for legitimate regional selection, geographic availability, objective consistency, and offer requirements. A personal provider, personal use, missing website, two-seat request, or timing cluster is not by itself a negative decision.
Bot and security controls
The form uses bot verification, replay protection, a honeypot, and provider security screening. Technical data may be retained in privacy-minimized form where practical. A policy acknowledgment is separate from bot verification.
Delivery and verification
A meaningful reply from the same request email can support verification but does not authorize a URL. Sender or content filtering responses, including Microsoft AS(4810), do not by themselves prove that a mailbox is invalid. Mailbox unavailability requires appropriate delivery evidence.
Records and reconsideration
Requests and screening decisions are retained for duplicate prevention, auditing, correction, and reconsideration. Automated outcomes can be reviewed and overridden by an authorized operator. To correct information or request reconsideration, email info@metaverde.com with your name, request email, and explanation.
Applicant acknowledgment
By checking the acknowledgment on the request form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this version of the policy and understand that Metaverde may review identity information, email address, duplicate or prior requests, organization information, and reasonable security indicators before deciding whether to issue a promotional URL.
